Refund Policy

We accept refunds if below mentioned conditions are met:

  • Customers are required to make claim not more than 12 hours from time of order delivery.
  • Customer has right to ask for cancellation of an order if order is waiting to move to processing. We will refund 100% fee amount for a qualified cancellation request.
  • At eduraft.co.uk half of the paid fee is considered as the cost of services and becomes non-refundable for all those order that have gone into processing.
  • Eduraft.co.uk accepts refund claims if they are up to 50% of the fee amount. However, claim is eligible only if customer’s requirements have not been met by the staff at eduraft.co.uk even after four or more revisions.
  • Customers can claim a refund within 3-days from delivery of order. After expiry of 3-days’ time, they will have no right to claim for refund.
  • Refund claims shall be treated as invalid if they belong to orders with delivery timeline shorter than 2-working days.
  • At Eduraft.co.uk when we process the funds for claimed refunds; funds shall take around 6 to 8 working days to reach customer’s account.

  • Revisions:
    Revision requests are entertained if are found as valid and justified. This means if a customer is not able to prove that committed requirement(s) was/were missed, then revision request shall not be accepted.
  • Payment:
    Eduraft.co.uk uses multiple modes of payment i.e. Bank account, Credit card and its merchants in order to collect payments from its customers.
